Fiona Reidy

Individual and Couple Psychotherapist

Fiona works with individuals and couples experiencing emotional and relational difficulties. She offers a thoughtful, compassionate, and non-judgemental space to explore patterns, conflicts, and transitions in relationships.

Trained at Tavistock Relationships, Fiona supports clients with communication breakdown, emotional disconnection, intimacy difficulties, trust ruptures, grief, and the impact of early experiences on adult relationships.

She has particular expertise in perinatal couple psychotherapy, supporting couples through pregnancy and early parenthood. Babies are welcome in sessions.

Fiona works psychodynamically, helping clients understand the deeper emotional roots of their difficulties and develop greater awareness, connection, and choice.
